Why don't people rebel? Why does everyone accept the fact that food has got more expensive again? It makes me so angry and so negative when so many things (like pasta and other basic stuff) are suddenly 30-50% more expensive than it was a month ago.. And people just keep buying and nobody says anything. It frustrates me a big deal. If food is this expensive I feel like giving up on all supermarkets & grocery stores and buy it all from the farm & market place.. at least the money would go to the people who grow the food...

I wonder if I really could change my eating habits so much that I no longer go to any big markets at all..

whom shall they complain to? i wish i knew the source for the price raise. i think read an article lately in the greenpeace magazine that explained the raise of milk prices, but i really don't remember what it was about. sigh. i am glad that i can say that i changed my eating habit as far so that i rarely need big markets those days. but it doesn't minimize my food costs :-( but at least it feels better to support local farmers with organic products. live is strange sometimes. and it makes me angry in moments when i feel all weak and unable to influence all those big things.
