12 kitchen-related things I want to do, in no particular order:

1. Learn to cook tofu so that it gets crispy & delicious
2. Learn to make new dishes; experiment on new foods
3. Make a delicious cheese cake to celebrate harvest (and because I did not have a birthday cake this year)
4. invite friends for dinner more often
5. Live in tune with seasonal goodies more than I do now; make autumnal foods while it's autumn..
6. Eat less bread & sugar (unfortunately I have started to eat about 3-4 pieces of bread every day because of my busy work timetables)
7. Eat more healthy; more green & fruit as well as more protein and all in all more regularly even when I'm working all day.
8. Make jam & marmelades as well as interesting herb oils & marinades
9. Invent more dishes I can eat with sweet chili sauce (as I'm in love with it!)
10. Use more fresh herbs. I only have basil at all times.
11. Clean up & tidy the fridge as well as all the store closets & jars.
12. Test the liqueur I made at my parents place
